Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from Howard Springs, NT - delivery time to your desired location will vary according to your postcode. For more details on this, please head to www.auspost.com.au.
Please ensure to allow extra time for post deliveries at peak times eg. Christmas and Easter as Explore with Paws does not accept any responsibility for shipping times, and we cannot refund items that arrive later than required, although you may return them for a credit (exclusions may apply).
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for domestic orders to be dispatched + 3 - 4 business days for orders to be dispatched in a sale or new launch period.
We do not take responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address, so please ensure all shipping details are correct. If there is a mistake in your shipping address, please advise us asap prior to sending order.
Once your item is shipped, unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.
Please note that great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition. All of your orders are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection.
However, please be advised that we do not take any personal responsibility for the courier service, with the very slight chance the item becomes lost or damaged in transit.
Returns + Exchange Policy
Please note that we do not offer refunds on change of mind or custom orders with spelling errors, etc. ​​

However, we do know that things can happen.
In this case, a refund / replacement may be eligible if the product is not in working condition within an acceptable time period.
So please email hello@explorewithpaws.com.au outlining the issue / concern + a picture of the product.
